Field Trips
Field trips are an amazing way to supplement your home education plan. By taking your learning into the real world, you can gain a deeper understanding and remember concepts better. Plus, they provide a great opportunity to have fun and explore!
Trips are planned and coordinated by our on-staff Field Trip Coordinator who relies on parent participation and assistance. If you would like to help out with a specific field trip, or if you have a suggestion for a future field trip, contact the Field Trip Coordinator at hcsfieldtrips@hcssd.org.
Co-Op Classes with Ninja Toons Independent Study Network
The NinjaToons Independent Studies Network is the perfect solution for parents who are not satisfied with the public school system and need a safe environment for their kids to complete their assignments. Enrollment will open this summer for the Fall semester, so parents can have peace of mind knowing that their children have a place to go to work on their schoolwork with like-minded individuals.
Socialization Opportunities
We recognize the importance of social interaction and provide a variety of socialization opportunities for homeschoolers. Our socialization activities provide a safe and fun environment for children to make friends, get support, and participate in activities. From drop-in playdates at local parks to creating their own fun, homeschoolers have the chance to socialize and enjoy unstructured outdoor playtime with other homeschoolers.
